JAMES
A Filipino chef, raised in Vienna, who has experienced the kitchen in all its facets – from fine dining to casual bistros. Inspired by limitless creativity, he aims to bring new flavors to Füssen.
PATRICK
A true Füssen local who wants to bring a breath of fresh air to his hometown and share something new with the people here. For over 15 years, back when the house still belonged to his parents, he has been strengthening his roots here. The long-standing hospitality of the "Goldenes Stäbchen" lives on in our team today.

BIANKA
Our warm-hearted pastry chef who learned her craft in Hungary and refined it through travels around the world. There is a piece of her heart in every cake and every cookie – she is both the foundation and the strength of our team.
ZSOFIA
Our "all-rounder" and the bond that holds the team together. As a passionate pastry chef with years of experience, she always thinks outside the box – and always keeps her cool.
